Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contact Shein and complained. They offer to give me a refund and my money was payed back in to my account within two days.
I have ordered personalized cutlery and you have put on the wrong name. The name should be Matthew. Not Alice.

On the 28th I asked that if I could request for a refund will I also get a refund for my customs or what on the 29th I got a message from imile that my order has arrived and ready to be dispatched yesterday I was refunded all Im asking is to get my package because I have been patient for three weeks and I never asked for a refund they should fix that misunderstanding ASAP THANK YOU

Verified Reviewer |Delivery people imile over charge at customs and need to be changed to other delivery people
Imile are thieves and over charge by 70% at customs and we want these delivery people changed. Please assist us in changing the delivery people as we will not be able to afford the customs and hiden costs that Imile charge clients, this does not work for us and if they are going to do the customs and delivery then we want a refund and will return the items.

I joined as a part-time agent on the website and on Telegram, I was assigned to Dora as a mentor. I agreed to take the A level and paid R550 to join.
Then, I was given orders. Before completing the orders, I had to top up with R1910. Dora promised that I will be able to withdraw after that, but again, it required a top-up. I did that with R2700.
In the end, I ended up topping up with R8700, with no withdrawal. Now, it requires another top up of R11300. This is not acceptable.
I don't have the money and need my money today. Please help.

I joint an online app, called shopping online. Where they do virtual purchases, requiring real money, they say they are an Shein online shopping app. I am done with my merchant tasks, no they refuing for me to withdraw my money, my account has been frozen.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Shein delivered my parcel after almost a month of waiting, and a few automated apologies
I ordered from Shein on the 2nd of November. I waited for my order and paid customs.
To this day, my order has been stuck on flight delays and no further information has been provided by Shein and Imile deliveries.
My status stopped updating on the 11th of November and today is the 18th, yet there are still no updates. I am disappointed with Shein and their choice of delivery services, especially Imile, after paying such huge amounts of money for customs.

I ordered from Shein and received my order with missing items. I notified them and now they claim they did send it.
So, do I have to lose R500 now because they don't want to simply give me what I paid for? I took pictures of everything I received and the packaging was damaged. I also took pictures. At first, I only noticed the missing LCD lights, but afterwards, I saw that there were like 5 things missing.
All I want are the items I paid for.
I'm not someone who wants extra things. I only want what I paid for as these are Christmas gifts.

I’m very unhappy with how Customer Support is treating me after I’ve been a customer of them for years. They did not even address my concerns and just send me an automated response. Worst support ever
I want to inquire about why my address is temporary unavailable for express shipping, because its an order of $553 and that automatically means I have to qualify for express shipping yet standard shipping is available to me and I have delivered to my address countless times in the past few years, so I really just wanna know why it is not available to me and if they could fix the issue before I put in this order. Because honestly they took 24 hours to respond with an automated response that didnt even address my issue was completely unrelated to my concerns. Its clear that we are just walking to these people and they couldnt care less about their customers.

There’s just too many downsides and it may look like you’re not paying a lot for what you get but honestly they make up for that with import costs and duties, which I know doesn’t go to (SHEIN) but it’s still money coming out of your pocket for the purchase. And it really adds up. I strongly discourage supporting their economy and their company because they couldn’t care less about you as a customer. You’re a walking wallet

Their site shows standard shipping 8-12 business days and express is 7-10 business days.
If you placed your order today, it could take till February 24 for express and February 26 for standard. By express not being available to you, is two days really worth all the noise you are making?
