This is ridiculous. I have been cheated out of R31000.

I am one of your part-time upfront buyers on behalf of Shein to your Shein merchants.

I am currently an unemployed Pharmacist trying to make ends meet.

I joined your Shein plus 100000 part-time upfront online buyers, as I was told by your Shein part-time buying Receptionist that there is no risk involved.

However, I have spent R31,000ZAR on purchasing your merchant's double-blinded products on your Shein buyer app for merchant purchases in South Africa. Your merchant double-blinded product price values increased from a manageable R1900 and jumped to R46,575 within 15 products.

All my only money that I had left is now frozen in your Shein part-time upfront buyer app or system at my first purchase order at Product15. This is not right!! I had made an arrangement when I was stuck at R24633 that I had to pay the extra R13308 and Shein mentor would apply to the Merchant beforehand for Product15 and product16 to be 1cent products.

I made prior arrangements for Product15 and Product16 to be free products. I had to sell my TV to add to make up the previous R13308. I had to three times pay extra. Then, I received a warning on Telegram too late not to yet purchase the Product 14.

I paid for Product14 and your Shein merchant double-blind purchase for product15 increased to R46575. I only had R31000. Now, that R31000 is stuck in your Shein part-time buying system at Product15.

SubsequentIy, have NO money left - not even for food, this is my only money I had, I even sold my TV to cover for previous stuck R13308 money. I now have NO money for food for my family of 4; no transport money to any work; no money to go and work in Cape Town for a possible job offer.

I do not qualify for any loans or extra overdraft facility.

All I hear is that your company look after the part-time upfront buyers and I see how much money the part-time upfront buyers allow Shein to accumulate, because you need us, but you are unable to even provide me with assistance to give me a loan for the Shein double-blinded amount of R46575 for the part-time upfront buying, which I SHALL pay back as the R46575 plus the commission ON RECEIVING my Shein part-time upfront reimbursement and commission from Shein in South Africa.

This problem was because of the double-blinded escalation in double-blind prices that increase 5fold, and timing delay in your communication on Telegram as not to buy Product15 yet.

My request was that the merchant needed to assist me BEFOREHAND, before the money went into my Shein buyer app Shein mall account.

I did tell the Shein mentor that this is a true risk and that I was entrapped in this process as you HAVE to complete 16products per order before getting the reimbursement and commission from the Merchant.

This was a double-blind entrapment and is equivalent to Cybercrime.

I urge you to please respond to my request. All I know is that I have been cheated out of my money by Shein in South Africa.

I can supply you with video confirmation of my communication with the your Shein mentor, but she tried to help me but cannot because of your Shein system restrictions.

I purchased various items in October 2023, three items were donated to charity as the products were poor quality or too small. One top has not been worn yet, the other top is slightly too small and therefore too short so has hardly been worn. The material of the Emery Rose capri paints which is the only product I have worn (perhaps six times) is now tearing at the crotch area. I have tried to complain, however the complaint cannot go through to SHEIN as the pin is not coming through to my email address. I will definitely not be ordering anything again.

Good day

I have not yet received my parcel. I called twice this morning but no answer.

I spoke to an agent yesterday morning. The delivery man said my parcel is delivered but I have been waiting since 24 February 2024. I have two weeks left in South Africa and would like to receive parcel since this is not my problem. No one is getting back to me it is so frustating.

They sent an email to say my order has been delivered and signed for but no one received and signed for anything at my house. I payed close to R4 000 for this transaction. It is not fair and no one ever contacted me! I will never purchase on Shein again.

I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years. Unacceptable.

My parcel has still not been delivered since placing my order around the 13th of March.

Next week it will be 19/20 business days and counting, since ordering.

I alerted Shein since the start of my order, that if Buffalo Logistics Cape Town, deliver on or before 20th of March, they deliver to my usual work adress, Westcliff School of Skills corner of Bill Bezuidenhout and Old Paarl Rd Bellville 7530, BUT if on or after 20th March it need be delivered to my home adress, 142 Tennyson street Zoo Park Kraaifontein 7570, because I'm on leave.

One never gets clear communication from either side that they received this and note it.

Almost daily I contacted both Shein in China on their email address, which I now find out is full so messages bounces, or Buffalo CT, on a variety of platforms.

At Buffalo you get an answering service. Nobody calls back.

They give you a variety of WhatsApp numbers, but All their mailboxes are full, so they cannot receive messages.

They have a website where you can speak to a bot, or a live operator, but they also never get back to you after sending through your query.

I have proof of my call log... Today alone I phoned 12 times unsuccessfully.

If you get through once and you convey your dissatisfaction, the phone is put down in your ear. Happened 3 times.

I had one failed delivery attempt on Monday, 25th March. The delivery was taken to Bellville dispute my informing Shein and Buffalo since placing the order.

I was then told within the next two days.

Yesterday I phoned Buffalo again and Uwasi told me before 17:00 yesterday at the latest.

Before 16:00 I phoned again and was told by a female this time NOT Wednesday, but only in the following week.

I was mad over phoning around, being lied to, etc.

Today the 28th March @ 09:31, I received an email from Sheins no reply email that a failed attempt was made to deliver to KRAAIFONTEIN due to change of adress.

My home security cameras show clearly NO DELIVERY made to my home and so does my neighbour's cameras.

No phone call sent.

My adress IS 142 Tennyson street Zoo Park Kraaifontein 7570. There was no change.

There was also a Buffalo courier in Kraaifontein this morning. We spoke to him and have him on camera footage, vehicle registration everything, but he said my parcel is not there, ONLY next week.

Here Buffalo was lying again. They also say no member oc the Public may collect their own parcel at their depot.

Company policy - no reasons given since the beginning of this year. They may not disclose their physical adress. Is it a secret.

The new reason for not delivering until next week was that after Mondays failed attempt, the label had to be reprinted with the new adress. Does this take another 3/4 days?!

The operator told me now it's within 24-48 business hours. I asked give me a time frame, she told me Takealot can't give me one, so how can Buffalo.

We'll my husband imports and die business with Takealot, Fastway, Courier Guy and more and YES, Takealot gives him an almost exact time and they are flexible too.

Not like Buffalo who tell you between 08:00 and 17:00?!

I am livid and have never receive such poor service delivery like here.

I send negative reviews on Hello Peter, Facebook and contacted ICASA as well as the Consumer Protector.

I'm busy with Carte Blanche as well.

This is absolutely shocking.

This order, my 3rd,was very important because it is for our Airbnb. Now it is late and I vdont even know if it is not damaged or incomplete.

Social media and Hello Peter has 2100 negative reviews for this courier company.

It has a 1.7% trust index!

How can Shein still use them? No service delivery

I payed for my order of 353******** (tracking number) to shein priced R704 on 8th march & waited for 8 to 13 days without recieving any update from shein wheather i should pay customs or not . Cell number +271195****.

my tracking intomation went straight from shipping to delivering without any update to me so that i can pay customs but some peope who ordered on the same day with me they already got their packages.

I also waited for more 2weeks again without any update from shen until i decided to try calling shein & didn't get any answer, i also tried to call aramex company but they said they will get back to me & unfortunately they never got back to me. Please i need to get my package it is now the end of the first month without me getting my package

I received my order with. One item missing and it happened to be the most expensive in the package. I realised when the driver had left upon opening it. I reached out to the driver, he said he notified Buffalo logistics that the package is opened when he went to collect and he was told to just put the Buffalo tape and deliver. He reached out to Buffalo and they said maybe it was just a tear in transit. Shein just didn't care to investigate they told me that all the content were dispatched from the warehouse even ofter the driver was willing to tell them what happened.

Applied for online work from home Job. Got to a Shein Mall Mentor and was guided very well with such positive words.

Well R20000.00 later paid out of my pocket doing what appeared to be phantom purchases to lure Shein shoppers in thinking the products are selling well because we the online phantom shoppers are pushing up the sales with dummy items. We get the first few rewards paid out to our bank account e.g. R240.00 profit after starting with R100.00 of your own money. It just escalates so fast and you get shown your earnings to be paid out but when you cant put anymore money in then the rewards get frozen and its just oh well, you cant complete the order so you we cant pay you your earnings.

It was so tactfully done with not a bit of remorse or for warning of whats happening. Im not interested in the so called huge profits i made. I just want my money i put in back in my account. People of Shein, its my savings, my families bread and butter.

There is R33000.00 of profit I made for you with my money, do the same and pay me and others there money back instead of hitting them with another deposit of which you know they cant pay in and you just freeze the amount. You nicely sit back with everything a person is depositing on a fast daily rate scamming many people by the minute. Is this how you want Shein customers to perceive your relatively good online buying system to take a nose dive as complaints from people are getting out there on all media platforms quickly. Refund my money.

Take your profits on orders I made. Just give my R20000.00 back
