I ordered a package at SHEIN and added my current address, which is the address of where I reside. Now I received news that I am needed for personal stuff at home, so I decided to request a return/refund, and mind you, I haven't received the package yet.
Now, whilst the refund is being processed, at the point where it's in transit, it says return/refund failed. How?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Items were delivered but very late.
Initially, the tracking status indicated that the package had arrived in Johannesburg (JNB). However, the status unexpectedly changed to "shipping delayed," with no further updates provided. I have paid customs and since then there have been no updates. I have attached the screenshots as proof of my claim.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Shein's customer service, I have only received generic responses, offering no concrete information about the whereabouts of my package.
Similarly, the local courier has received no further information.
This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of my order. As a regular shopper on Shein, I am disappointed with the service provided and hope that sharing this experience will prompt a resolution.

I paid customs taxi on 18 June and still stuck on that you paid your VAT and I thought immile is a problem so I called them now they say still waiting for y'all I need that before 6 July make a plan this is not nice to us as customers because we pay it not like we take it for free.

I received my parcel yesterday. However, one pack of wooden spoons supposed to have 10 but I received 5 only.
I need a new pack from Shien. I took a photo of the clear plastic bag has been opened. However my parcel is shield. No falling spoons inside the sealed courier bag.

i ordered on shein on the 6th of april & payed for the buffalo the next day now the pacais delayed & i needed that package before the 16th of april so the company could at least send the package before the 16th of april because right know im very sad & very disappointed

Despite multiple attempts to contact Shein's customer service, I have only received generic responses, offering no concrete information about the whereabouts of my package. Similarly, the South African carrier has received no further updates or information. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of my order.
Customer service continuously gives me generic feedback that's clearly been copied and pasted.
They also provide the generic tracking that I have full access to, which isn't helpful. As a regular shopper on Shein, I am disappointed with the service provided and hope that sharing this experience will prompt a resolution.
