Issue regarding the company that delivers my clothes

Shein decided to change the courier logistics that deliver my clothes, which is now Imile, since this year. Imile has been providing very poor customer service and communication, and most importantly, it's very expensive.

I've made a complaint to Shein about it so that they can change the delivery company that delivers my clothes about four times, but they still haven't changed it. I was asked which delivery company I would like to work with and I said Aramex.

Then I ordered clothes recently and they have been shipped. However, I found out that the delivery company is still Imile and they charged me a very high amount which I won't be able to pay.

Im still waiting on my order its taking forever im very disappointed and im very frustrated i just need my order as soon as possible because i need a few items thats important for my business and they are quick to ask for the customs fee but now you have to wait so long for your order ,i called them but no answer

Delayed shipping and delivery

I have been waiting for my order for close to four weeks now. Shein does not update me and I had to pay customs fees even though my order wasnt shipped to SOUTH Africa.

This is totally unfair and unacceptable.

I am hurt to the core because I ordered in advance know that I will need the clothes for important events which unfortunately have already passed. So I am pissed!
